Meredith & Andrew had a beautiful wedding over at one of my favourite venues, Heritage Hall on Main. They enjoyed their day celebrating with family and friends who danced the night away (I've never seen so many people rush the dance floor) - it was a lot of fun to photograph!

I love using colour! For Kiku's portrait session we headed to Granville Island... it's so photogenic with it's colourful and textured walls which made it perfect for this shoot.

When I got home and emptied out my camera bag, I came across my wedding favour and a card that read "Our lives are forever joined now and all of our dreams have come true". Steve and I were so happy to have captured your wedding day and we know that all of your dreams come true! *smiles*

Volunteering with the Starlight Children's Foundation always makes me feel good. I love how this charity focuses on the kids and their families with fun events, such as their ‘Dream Walk’ in Pacific Spirit Park.

The Chinese tea ceremony formally shows respect to the parents of the bride and groom. It's full of customs, emotions and it is always beautiful to photograph. I couldn't help but to shed a few tears at this one!
